Built Here. Engineered Better. Built to Last.
Turnbull Hoffmann Group was founded on a simple idea: engineering and construction work better together. We bring licensed engineering expertise and hands-on construction management under one roof, creating projects that are smarter from the start and better built in the field.
As Florida natives, we’ve spent our careers building more than projects—we’ve built lasting relationships throughout the communities we call home. From trusted local trade partners to the clients we serve, those relationships are at the heart of how we work. Our local knowledge, experience, and commitment to quality shape every project we take on because, to us, our clients aren’t just customers—they’re our neighbors.
Led by Nick Turnbull and Kurt Hoffmann, our team combines technical precision with real-world construction experience. Nick leads design/engineering, preconstruction, and project management, while Kurt oversees construction in the field, ensuring the design intent is carried through every phase and every detail.
Today, we serve commercial, industrial, institutional, and government clients throughout Central Florida. By keeping engineering and construction together, we provide one accountable team, one streamlined process, and one solution built to perform for years to come.

With engineering and construction under one roof, we’re the one team fully accountable for getting your project right.
Proven Trust, Proven Growth
Our upward growth and great reputation over the last five years show that our clients trust the work we deliver.
